The Beat Bugs "Season 1, Volume 2 - Come Together" On June 30 Republic will be releasing on DVD the complete first season of the acclaimed Netflix animated kids series Beat Bugs. Beat Bugs was created by Josh Wakely, following a ground breaking deal with Sony/ATV Music Publishing, and is produced by his Grace: A Storytelling Company in conjunction with Beyond Screen Production and Thunderbird. Wakely personally selected each of the songs for integration into the series episodes and was involved in the musics production, arranging and mixing.

At a bus stop, provincial taxi driver Yura meets young beauty Svieta, and is hired to drive both her and her mother to Pryputni - a small Ukrainian village in the middle of nowhere.
Chris and his girlfriend Rose go upstate to visit her parents for the weekend. At first, Chris reads the family's overly accommodating behavior as nervous attempts to deal with their daughter's interracial relationship, but as the weekend progresses, a series of increasingly disturbing discoveries lead him to a truth that he never could have imagined.
