This episode in the Reiwa series is split into 3 parts. For some reason, the young wife Kanako went out shopping without underwear, looking for some excitement. Kanako is threatened by a young man who follows her and ends up being raped. From that day on, she is humiliated by the young man every day, and she becomes addicted to the stimulating pleasure and continues this forbidden relationship. The husband finds out and the young man is forced to watch the couple having sex, in response to his eagerly awaited request. Kanako was also passionate about sex with her husband. As for the second part, the married woman Saki is suddenly raped by a perverted man played by Tony Oki. Saki is threatened with photos being taken after sex and has no choice but to do what she is told. As for the third part, her breasts were just too big from the moment she first appeared. Titled "Forbidden Mature Love", this part stars busty mature actress Natsuko Kayama.
