Akira Kuroda (Keisuke Kida) becomes a hitman for the Sannotokai Ogata-gumi and attempts to assassinate Kumao Masatsugu (Hideo Sato), the young boss of the Kugizaki-gumi—but fails and is seriously wounded. Now both Fujita (Tsukito) of the Washizu-gumi and Kumao are out to kill him. Meanwhile, Ogata-gumi executive Kiyota (Ryusuke Nakamura) is ordered by lieutenant Yanagi (Miyabi Koteyama) to eliminate Kuroda himself. As Kiyota makes the agonizing decision to carry out the order, Kenji (Sho Ikushima) appears and points a gun at him. What is Kenji’s true intention? And what fate awaits Kuroda? The conflict rapidly escalates, triggering a full-blown internal war.
