When an unknown, half-human and half-beast monster appears and confuses the country, the Daemyung government tries to uncover the truth by infiltrating his brother-in-law Yong Sang-woo and Yeo-jeong-dang as prisoners on Eighthwang Island, where a monster experiment is being conducted.
