Working on a secret experiment, military scientist Colonel Vladimir finds himself unable to obtain the necessary permits from the Russian government and decides to seek refuge in Turkey. Vladimir, who arrives in Turkey with his team after preparing fake documents, sets up the necessary equipment in a secret location. Vladimir, who plans to conduct an experiment on sleep, begins searching for suitable test subjects.
