The Eric and Joe Show: The Movie is a family-friendly sketch comedy movie that will make you laugh. We think. The Eric and Joe Show began in 2013 when two lifelong friends had a hair-brained idea to write, produce, and perform a variety show in the town they grew up in – Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Much to the amazement of the two, along with the rest of their hometown, the production was a success. So much so, it has become an annual, family-friendly event for many across the region. The show has grown from a one night event to a three-night extravaganza (not just a "vaganza," but an extra one). In 2020, the show transitioned to a feature film format to accommodate restrictions associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. As one local reporter described the event, it is “a show full of absurd sketches, short films and dance routines.” You should come just to watch Eric dance. It is life changing.
