The film “X&Y” is a romance about Omar (Jourdy Pranata), representing the Y-axis, who harbors feelings for Winda (Arawinda Kirana), the X-axis, who lives in the same boarding house. However, like two opposite axes, can they be together? Or would they go in a different direction? This film stars Jourdy Pranata who plays Omar, and Arawinda Kirana as Winda, who was recently won Best Newcomer Actress in the 2021 Piala Maya. Not only starring professional actors and actresses, this film also involves TikTok creators who have talent in acting, such as Dwynna Win as Chelsea, Avan The Love as Mas Yos and Giovani Divaldhi as Vano. The original TikTok song entitled “Terpikat Senyummu” from music creator Brigita Meilala is also the soundtrack of this film. X&Y is the first vertical film on TikTok. This film is the result of a collaboration between TikTok Indonesia and Studio Antelope. This X&Y film is a form of TikTok’s support for the film industry through a vertical container.
