It investigates the transition from the interwar coercive inhuman system of dealing with addictions to a human-centered, free, diverse therapeutic network of rehabilitation, established for decades in Greece: DETOX (IANOS), PETHEA "Argo, P.P.SELFHELP, 18ANO.
