Georgia in the 90s: Civil War. In the post-Soviet ruins, dangerous men with bags are looting. Oppression, hunger, lack of electricity, violence have become the usual state of people. Years later: the gray past has been replaced by a colorful present, but this is only formally. In reality, the violence index has not changed.
