Using contemporary dream-like pop-cultural elements, Axt works his way into an exploration of the depths of our society. Partly represented by the liminal nature of the vampire, the scope expands across queerness, loneliness, loss, isolation, mental illness, drugs and the troubling aspects of humanity.
