How, in just a few months, will they be able to secure a majority without watering down the text? While a dramatic saga came to an end in March with the adoption of this directive on the "duty of care," whose scope was nevertheless weakened by governments, the struggle of these three women sheds a harsh light on the issues at stake in the upcoming elections and the power relations within European institutions.
