From his daily routine in an indigenous community to his intimate moments with Érica and Sérgio, his relationship with Brazil gets deeper and stronger. With the election of Jair Bolsonaro, the cooperation between the two countries ends abruptly. He must make a decision: return to Cuba and abandon the relationships he has been cultivating or stay and reinvent himself without being able to practice medicine.
