After her death, they travel to the family's old Danish country house - a place full of childhood memories, but also old conflicts. But the past keeps catching up with them. Old wounds resurface, guilt, anger, and grief collide. Kystgaarden tells a moving story about the love between two brothers, the burden of the past and the possibility of a new beginning.
