Achal Mishra is an Indian filmmaker and photographer from Darbhanga, Bihar, currently based out of Mumbai. He made his directorial debut with the feature-length film "Gamak Ghar" in 2019, which premiered at the MAMI Mumbai Film Festival 2019, where it won the Manish Acharya Award for New Voices in Indian Cinema. He directed his second film, "Dhuin," in 2022. Both his films (Gamak Ghar & Dhuin) have screened at the Museum of Modern Art, New York.
