Alberto Castro (Lima, 1989) is a Peruvian podcaster and filmmaker. His debut feature film as a director was the documentary Drag Invasion (2020), an official selection at the Inside Out Toronto and NewFest New York, presented in the Peru Focus section of the 2023 Málaga Film Festival. He later directed Salir del clóset (2022) and Arde Lima (2023). Additionally, Castro worked as a screenwriter for Maligno (2016) and as a post-production supervisor for Aj Zombies (2017), as well as the executive producer for Rómulo & Julita (2020).
