Alphonse Keasley serves as the Associate Vice Chancellor in the Office of Diversity, Equity and Community Engagement. He has been on the university campus for more than 30 years as a student, faculty and staff member, and now as an administrator. He enjoys his many different engagements with students, faculty, administration and staff. In addition to his busy life on campus, Dr. Keasley is the current president of the Boulder County Arts Alliance as well as the Colorado Shakespeare Festival Guild. Finally, he has been active in the Boulder community in many capacities around education, including the Healthy Community Initiative; IMPACT, the fundraising arm of the Boulder Valley School District; and the Family Learning Center. In conjunction with the Family Learning Director, he supports the FLC's summer “Rites of Passage” program for middle school children.
