Anna Fredrikke Bjerke is a director and screenwriter from Oslo, Norway. She holds an M.A. in film studies and gender studies from New York University, and a B.A. from Central Saint Martins. Her short films and music videos have traveled the film festival circuit internationally. At the foundation of her directorial practice is the commitment to telling stories that focus on women and underrepresented narratives, which balance complexity and humanity with dynamic visuals. She is currently writing her first narrative feature, and in development with several short form projects.
