Bastiaan (Bas) van Toor (Maassluis, 17 september 1935) is een Nederlands artiest, die vooral bekendheid geniet als clown Bassie van het vroegere artiestenduo Bassie en Adriaan. Van Toor is initiatiefnemer van de kinderzender Pebble TV.
