Bedřich Šetena was born on April 19, 1939 in Prague. At the age of ten, he joined Disman's Children's Radio Ensemble . He first played in theaters, then began dubbing and getting small roles in movies. His first dubbing act was Peter's voice in the film Journey to the Beginning of Time . Bedřich Šetena became famous in the role of Mr. Burns in the series The Simpsons.
