He has developed some of the best and safest techniques for attaching radio collars to large mammals so we can learn more about their lives and work to reduce human-predator conflict. Boone is a host on National Geographic WILD and has assisted National Geographic magazine photographers in the field. Currently, he is searching for lynx dens in Alaska’s back-country to study the population and health of lynx kittens.
