Charles Capp is a filmmaker who started making films at a young age. His first solo project was titled 'Angeline' a short documentary about his neighbor. He went on to shoot various narrative shorts, many of which have been selected for film festivals. Such films as 'Mi Mejor Amigo', 'Deserted' and 'The Virus', have had their shine in smaller film festivals. His most recently released short, "El Perro Chileno", is Charlie's first animated short which uses rotoscoping techniques and found footage to tell the story of a young boy raised by dogs.
