Charlie is also the brains behind many UK TV shows including The Big Breakfast, Gaytime TV (the first regular LGBT+ programme on the BBC) and The Word. His first Broadway show Girl from the North Country, based on songs by Bob Dylan, recently opened to amazing reviews. Parsons regularly mentors and supports creative people and businesses.
