Elene Naveriani is a Georgian filmmaker known for her distinctive narrative style and exploration of social themes. She studied painting at the State Academy of Art in Tbilisi and later pursued film studies at the Geneva School of Art and Design (HEAD – Genève). Her debut feature, I Am Truly a Drop of Sun on Earth (2017), premiered at the International Film Festival Rotterdam and won awards at Entrevues Belfort and the Semana Internacional de Cine de Valladolid. Naveriani's films often delve into marginalized communities and challenge societal norms.
