Elinor began her career at the BBC where she script edited a number of single TV films and moved on to produce LOVED UP, IN YOUR DREAMS, KILLING ME SOFTLY, THE PERFECT BLUE and FACE. In 1998 Elinor joined FilmFour as Deputy Head of Production, were she was commissioner and executive producer of more than a dozen features including EAST IS EAST, GANGSTER NO 1, LATE NIGHT SHOPPING, CHARLOTTE GRAY, JUMP TOMORROW, and THE WARRIOR, SENNA & AMY director Asif Kapadias’ first feature. In 2005, Elinor joined Darlow Smithson as Head of Film, producing theatrical documentaries and dramas including IMPACT EARTH, CLAPHAM JUNCTION, THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK and U BE DEAD. Whilst at Darlow, Elinor also executive produced the award-winning documentary THRILLER IN MANILLA and MICRO MEN. Elinor also has numerous credits as an independent producer and series producer including a series of short films under the Coming Up umbrella, for Channel 4, a single Sherlock Holmes drama for BBC1 starring Rupert Everett and Ian Hart, series four of SECRET DIARY OF A CALL GIRL for ITV2, WHITE HEAT for BBC 2 and series two of MY MAD FAT DIARY for Channel 4. Before joining Cove Pictures as Head of Drama, Elinor worked at Scott Free as an Executive Producer, developing projects for their Television slate. In 2018 Elinor Series Produced the 2nd season of KILLING EVE (which was nominated for 6 Emmy awards). In 2019 she produced a 90 minute drama for BBC 2, RESPONSIBLE CHILD, which won an International Emmy. From 2020 -2022 Elinor was an Executive Producer at See Saw Films. From July 2022-Oct 2023 Elinor is Executive Producing DOMINO DAY for Dancing Ledge Productions/ BBC 3
