Elli Tryngou (Patra, November 8, 1989) is a Greek actress, a graduate of the Dramatic School of the National Theater (2016). When she finished his first year of school (2014), she acted in the movie 'Suntan'. Then, she starred in the short film "37 days". For her performance in this film, she received the award for supporting actress from the Hellenic Film Academy and the award for debut actress from the Athens International Film Festival. In 2019, she played one of the two central roles in the series "Motorway 65" by Evie Kalogiropoulou, which reached the competition part of the Cannes festival. In 2018 she participated in three episodes of the third cycle of the British series "The Durrells" playing Daphne Likourgou. In the same year she participated in the series "Just Push Abuba" having the role of Lucia. It is an online comedy series of the ZDF channel in Germany From 2019 to 2022 she had one of the leading roles in the popular ANT1 series, "Wild Bees" playing Asimina Stamiri. In 2023, he is expected to star in the ANT1 series, "The Witch"
