Emil Guliyev (February 5, 1986, Baku) is an Azerbaijani film director, screenwriter and producer. Winner of various awards at international film festivals. He graduated from secondary school number 68. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Moscow University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. He is a police captain. He made about 50 short films and three full-length films. In 2023, he was awarded the "IV Modern Audiovisual Review" award.
