Endel Simmermann (until 1939 Zimmermann, November 19, 1924 Paide - August 14, 2007) was an Estonian actor. Graduated from Paide Elementary School in 1940 and in 1944 in Tallinn Railway School. He studied in the Estonian studio of GITIS from 1950 to 1951. From 1947 to 1948 he worked at the Narva Theater (Paide), 1948-1953 (with a break) in Endla, 1953-1954 at Rakvere Theater, 1954-1958 in Vanemuine, 1958-1970 in the Estonian Drama Theater and 1970-1987 at the Estonian Theater. Endel Simmermann has also been a director of artistic example.
