Hümeyra Akbay bilinen adıyla Hümeyra (d. 15 Ekim 1947, İstanbul) Türk besteci, söz yazarı, müzisyen ve oyuncu. 1970'lerden bu yana müzisyen ve oyuncu olarak bilinen Hümeyra, Avrupa Yakası dizisi ve Babam ve Oğlum filmi sayesinde yeni kuşaklarca da tanınmıştır. Müzisyen olarak tanındığı 1970'lerde "Kördüğüm", "Sessiz Gemi", "Otuzbeş Yaş" gibi şarkıları büyük hit oldu. Daha sonra popüler çizginin dışında, "Tutkulardan intihar", "Beyhude" gibi albümler de yaptı. Tutkulardan intihar, Türkiye'de rap müzik tarzında söylenmiş ilk şarkı örneğidir. Önce tiyatro, sonra televizyon, en son da Talihli Amele'yle sinema oyunculuğuna başladı. Ferhan Şensoy'un "Ortaoyuncular" ekibiyle 1985 yılında "İçinden Tramvay Geçen Şarkı" da rol aldı. 1986'da "Asiye Nasıl kurtulur?" filmindeki rolüyle En İyi Yardımcı Kadın Oyuncu dalında Antalya Film Festivali'nde Altın Portakal Ödülü kazanmıştır. 10. İstanbul Uluslararası Sinema Tarih Buluşması'nın geleneksel onur ödülü "Işık Saçan Apollon" 2007 yılında kendisine verilmiştir. Fikret Hakan ve Ömer Kavur'la evlenip boşandı.
