Jorge Hernán Müller Silva (Santiago, January 10, 1947 - disappeared on November 29, 1974) was a Chilean filmmaker and MIR militant who was arrested by DINA agents on November 29, 1974, together with his partner, filmmaker Carmen Bueno Cifuentes, who is also a disappeared detainee. She was 27 years old at the time of her arrest. In memory of the filmmaker couple, Chilean Cinema Day is commemorated on November 29.
