Josh Drake is an artist, filmmaker, and curator for the Moviate Underground Film Festival in Harrisburg, PA. Primarily working in Super 8 film, his most recent works attempt to express internal anxieties using techniques such as visual layering by multiple in-camera exposures, optical printing, hand-processing, and experimental electronic sound collage.

"Lightmare" was inspired by a group of youths who used to race motorcycles by my house. They would sometimes ride when I was trying to get my young daughter to sleep and caused great aggravation for me.
