Kullar Viimne (born March 22, 1980) is an Estonian director, screenwriter, editor and cinematographer.
Between 2004 and 2011 he studied at the Baltic Film and Media School in Tallinn. Viimne continued his education at the FAMU film school (Czech Republic) and the IAD (Belgium).
His documentaries often focus on strong and independent individuals. He is a member of the Estonian Filmmakers Union, the Estonian Association of Audiovisual Authors and the International Federation of Journalists.
