Made during the inspection of the Brazilian border with Venezuela and British Guiana, this film depicts the Amazon River and the boat traffic from several neighbouring countries, the cities of Santarém and Manaus, and the expedition up the Rio Branco to Boa Vista, where farming is practiced.
