Manuel Muñoz Rivas (born 1978) is a filmmaker, screenwriter and editor based in Spain. He studied at the International School of Film and Television in San Antonio de los Baños in Cuba. Rivas combines his own projects as a filmmaker with work as an editor and co-writer of films directed by colleagues, as well as teaching workshops in film schools. His latest short Aqueronte (2023) had its world premiere at IFFR 2023 as part of the Ammodo Tiger Short competition.
