Mehmet Ali Nuroğlu (d. 7 Eylül 1979 - İstanbul) Tiyatro, sinema ve dizi oyuncusu.
Mehmet Ali Nuroğlu felsefeci olmayı düşünmesine karşın, lise yıllarında okul kulüplerinde başladığı tiyatro oyunculuğunu meslek edinmeye karar verdi. ODTÜ felsefe bölümünde Okuduğu üç yılı geride bırakıp, Hacettepe Üniversitesi Tiyatro Bölümüne girdi. Daha okul bitmeden Devlet Tiyatrosu'nun sahnelediği oyunlarda görev aldı, hatta bir ara Semih Sergen'in asistanlığı yaptı. Çağan Irmak'ın senaryosunu yazdığı ve yönettiği Çemberimde Gül Oya dizisinden teklif alınca İstanbul'a geldi. 12 Eylül öncesi döneminin farklı bir bakış açısıyla anlatıldığı dizide, devrimci Mehmet karakterini başarıyla canlandırdı.Daha sonra Zincirbozan filminde ise Reis lakaplı Ülkücü bir genci canlandırmıştır. Sonradan yine aynı ekiple Kurtuluş savaşını anlatan Kırık Kanatlar dizisinde rol aldı.
