Michael James “Mike” Horbatiuk was born in Pontiac, Michigan. He grew up in Harrison and went to Clare schools, balancing life between the two small towns. Enrolled to Olivet College but transferred before his sophomore year to Central Michigan University. Switched majors from journalism to Broadcast and Cinematic Arts after gaining an interest in creating film. Made acting debut in the indie film MOUNT PLEASANT.
