Rein Kotkas (born May 11, 1950 in Kehra) is a former Estonian actor.
He graduated from Kehra Middle School in 1968 (and at the same time Harju District Sports School) and in 1972 from Tallinn State Conservatory's Performing Arts Department (5th year).
He worked at the Estonian Drama Theater from 1971 to 1991. He later acted as a wedding officiant and made documentaries. He has played in television productions ("Through each other and past", 1991) and audio games ("Duell", 1971) and performed as a mood singer.
