Rein Pakk (born May 31, 1968 in Tartu) is an Estonian director, writer, cartoonist and entrepreneur. In 1986, Pakk graduated from Tartu 2nd Secondary School. In 1986–1987 he studied film production at the Department of Performing Arts of the Tallinn State Conservatory, in 1991–1992 at the Estonian Humanities Institute, and in 1992–1996 at the Film and Video Department of the Tallinn Pedagogical University (bachelor's degree in film).
