Director known for his films Looking for an Angel & The Secret of the Jade Medallion Producer of the short films Rubi Salles´s The Request; Jim Sheridan´s 11th Hour starring Salma Hayek & Ofelia Medina´s documentary Carried away and returned. He was also the founder and director of the Jalisco Film Commission and President of the Mexican Film Commissions Network and Secretary of the Latin American Film Commissions Network. He recently produced the horror short film in times of the Mexican Revolution, Jaime Jasso´s The red stone and the film Lupe directed by Roberto Fiesco. He is an advisor to the board of directors of the largest animation studio in Latin America, Taller del Chucho, where 15 minutes of the Oscar-winning animated film, Pinocchio by Guillermo del Toro, were made; and he is also treasurer of the Board of the Guadalajara International Film Festival.
