Roland Cartagena (b. 1998) is a Filipino filmmaker born in Zamboanga, Philippines. He studied at the University of the Philippines Film Institute and completed his degree at the onset of the coronavirus pandemic. He primarily works with short form and traverses both live-action and animation filmmaking. Besides his métier, he occasionally engages in theater, film research, and film curation.
