Romanov Higa (ロマのフ 比嘉, Romanofu Higa, born 1973) is a Japanese 3DCG animator and director. His real name is Kazuhiro Higa (比嘉一博). He was born in Wakayama Prefecture in 1973. In 1978, he moved to Miyakojima, Okinawa Prefecture. In 1996, he graduated from the University of Electro-Communications based in Chofu, Tokyo. On October 1, 2007, he established Studio RF with its head office in Miyakojima City, Okinawa Prefecture and a studio in Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo, and assumed the position of Representative Director.
