Egyptian actor and director, born on 28 March 1958. His origins go back to the village of Dahmasha, Sharkia Governorate. He grew up in the Sakakini neighborhood in Cairo. He became known at an advanced age through Ramadan drama, including the series Sunset Oasis, Tayee, and The Brotherhood. He presented dozens of stage productions in the National Theatre, including King Lear, and Crime and Punishment.
