In The Royal Ballet's production Will Kemp, as the Narrator, guides us through Prokofiev's famous musical representations of the animal and human characters - a brave young boy (danced by Royal Ballet School student Kilian Smith) does battle with a big bad wolf (danced by Royal Ballet Principal Sergei Polunin), assisted by a mini-carnival of animal friends, all danced by students in Matthew Hart's joyful choreography.
