Sergey Vladimirovich Yastrzhembsky (Russian: Серге́й Владимирович Ястржембский; born December 4, 1953, Moscow), is a Russian documentary filmmaker, politician and diplomat. He has the federal state civilian service rank of 1st class Active State Councillor of the Russian Federation. He was Yeltsin's and Putin's Spokesperson.
