Szabó Szonja (Szabó Csilla) 1983-ben született Budapesten. 2007-ben
szerzett diplomát a Színház és Filmművészeti Egyetemen adásrendező
szakon, valamint a Pázmány Péter Katolikus Egyetem Bölcsészettudományi
Karán kommunikáció szakon. Azóta szabadúszó rendezőként dolgozik. Komoly dolgok
című tévéfilmje elnyerte a 41. Magyar Filmszemlén az Országos Diákzsűri
fődíját tévéfilm kategóriában. Kisjátékfilmjei: Roadmovie (2008), Tune
(2011). Színházi rendezései: Veszedelmes (Tűzraktér, 2010), Fő az
illúzió/Riviera (West Balkán, 2010), Zabhegyező (Tűzraktér, 2011).
