Uğur Kıvılcım (December 15, 1942 - November 27, 2018) is a Turkish theater and film actor. She took part in many films in the cinema she entered as a child actor. She appeared on stage at the age of eight. She worked at Istanbul City Theatres. She has acted in many films since 1954.
