Gong Xue is a mainland Chinese actress. As a child she liked to perform, and participated in the Children's Palace performance during the third grade of elementary school. After graduating from middle school in 1970, he moved to rural Jiangxi to join the ranks. In 1974, he worked as an actor in the Drama Troupe of the General Political Department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. In 1986 she settled in Connecticut, USA, and had a daughter in 1988. She returned to China in 2006.
