Zeynep Atakan, who graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Cinema and Television, worked actively in the advertising sector between 1986-1999 and specialised in the field of production during these years. Between 2011-2017, she served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Professional Association of Cinema Producers. In 2014, she was awarded the Flying Broom Bilge Olgaç Achievement Award.
