The celebrating crowd consists of adults and children dressed in festive attire. Various associations are represented with flags, such as the Berlin district association of the Association of German Commercial Assistants. Some children are waving German flags. The cornerstone was laid in the presence of Mayor Peter Haupt and members of the municipal council.
