Mertens. Those accompanying the Belgian Mission include George T. Wilson, Major General Daniel Appleton, Lieutenant Harry Stratton, Captain Thomas C. Cook, T. P. O'Connor, Irish political leader and writer, and New York lawyer Frederic Coudert. Camera pans the group standing in front of the porch.
