"SPRING'S NO. 1 LAUGH HIT...THE BEST OF THE BENNY'S!"31 May 1940Comedy, Western82 mins
Radio star Jack Benny, intending to stay in New York for the summer, is forced by the needling of rival Fred Allen to prove his boasts about roughing it on his (fictitious) Nevada ranch. Jack's losing battle to prove his manhood to Joan means broad slapstick burlesque of Western cliches.

A singing rodeo rider takes a job at an all-female dude ranch, where he gets involved with a physical trainer and a treasure hunt for gold in a ghost town, leading to a showdown with kidnappers.
A beautiful woman with an ulterior motive hires two gunslingers to escort her through Indian territory so she can be reunited with her awaiting husband.
